Check-in point: UserImportFixture's Community_Users_CanUpdateUsersFromXMLFile() unit test completed; XML user file is imported into Community_Users using LINQ and Entity Framework. This will be the last checkin for a while - coding efforts will be moved to http://www.Codeplex.com/SDMS where the business/data layers for CASK will be continued.

Maint: All reference issues resolved - this change set will download and compile. I am developing in a Vista Ultimate, Visual Studio 2008, .NET 3.5 SP1 environment (haven't tested in others). Maint: Created TypeMockStub project that is currently referenced by test projects (so that the solution will compile without error). Those who want to use TypeMock must update the applicable Unit Test Projects to reference the Actual TypeMock. CASK TypeMock projects can be readily identified by the TypeMock.Tests solution folder(s)
